Shipping status report (as of Jan 24, 2022). There are lots of current reports of Post Office facilities in all countries being short staffed (at the moment our local post office is closed in the mornings, and operates at 40% staffing level in the afternoon).
Tracked packets are taking more than 2 weeks to reach their USA destinations. Letterpost seems to be a few days quicker, presumably because they do not need to be scanned. For example, we are seeing tracked packets that go to Japan being delivered faster than packets going to USA.
